Restructuring Divisions?

I am thinking about restructuring the divisions due to Anni leaving us...

Right now I see a few options:

1)Leave it as is and promote somone to Div leader of 1

2)Get rid of Division 1 and keep 4 Divisons

3)Dismantling the least active Division and dispersing its members into the other divisons

4)Completely restructure the guilds based on specialties i.e. range div, healing/support div, melee div, finances div, etc

Lemme know what you guys think cause I will take it into consideration when deciding.

restructuring seems to be the best option. oh, and anni is leaving?!

I'd go for Reconstruction or... Taking Division 1 and giving the members to the other Divs.

She wont leave the guild but...

She wont be on mabi much, if at all for a while...

If restructuring DON'T "specialize" them by style. If by anything, do by skill.

Even that poses problems, as noobs won't be getting any "help" within their division.

However, if you restructure by style, you're going to have a division that can'd do anything vs natural shield, mana refractor, etc.

Ban I like the Restructure by style Division. The best user of that style will be able/Should help all those lower then him when he/she has spare time. Also for guild battle purposes does it really matter, were not going in by division. Also it wouldn't be just 1 skill or so but into categories like Melee, Range, Magic, Life Skills, and Healers.

4 why is anni leaving?

I'd say just promote someone else to division leader. seems like the easiest way to go
